SALES AND DELIVERY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Delivery Representative to join our team. This role combines both sales and delivery responsibilities, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from product purchase to timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Provide customers with product information, demonstrate features, and address any inquiries to drive successful sales.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries of products to customers.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles and ensure that products are delivered to the correct location, on time, and in excellent condition.
• Assist with product loading, unloading, and setup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the alignment of sales efforts and product availability.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry products as needed.
